up to help support Mystic Familiar as a Psychic and Spiritual resource
for us all, any monies made from the sales of goods through the shop
are to help with the upkeep and maintenance of Mystic Familiar as a
whole. As such Mystic Familiar is used
on all invoices, catalogues and documents for internet sales. Mystic

Making A Purchase
Buy Online! - The best way to buy!
Making a purchase with the Mystic Shop is very easy. Just have a look
through the Mystic Shop, and click the buy button on any items that
you would like to purchase, this will place the item into your shopping
cart. Once you have completed your choice of goods and products, click
the "Check Out" button and you will then be taken to view
your shopping cart and will need to fill in the required details for
the delivery and receipt of your goods. Failure to fill in these fields
will mean we will be unable to fulfill your order after payment is received.
Payments
All sales must be pre paid in advanced to reserve the goods requested.
The accepted payment methods are:
Paypal for Credit cards - Switch, Delta, Visa and Mastercard
UK Postal Orders - payable to Mystic Familiar
UK Cheque in £ s Stirling - payable to Mystic Familiar
All transactions must have your full postal address accompanying any
information (i.e. on the reverse of cheque) for both authorisation and
in order to post you your receipts and goods.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place
your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction
to US Dollars or your own currency. Once payment is received in full
we will endeavour to ship as soon as possible.

All online transactions are processed through the Paypal secure server
and are subject to their security system
How do I pay and how much will postage and packing
cost?
Shopping with the Mystic Familiar MysticShop couldn’t be similar
and there are no hidden charges. All items are sent by first class mail, registered post is available on request at a higher charge to the customer.
The postage is valued by standard UK postal weight along with a small
packaging fee. The shopping cart will calculate the weight of your goods
as you place each item in your basket. Once you have finished your selection
press the check out button on the top right of your screen You will
then be requested to fill out the send and receipt fields once you have
completed these, press proceed at the bottom of your screen.
You will be taken to your completed order where you will be able to
view the postage sum along with your purchase total and the final amount
due for payment. Check that your send and receipt details are correct,
if you need to amend anything just press back, then you can proceed
to pay by Paypal or by cheque or postal order.

If there is a must have product you desire that is not in stock
or available in the Shop then please let us know and we will order it

Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with any products that you’ve
purchased we’d be happy to give you a full refund for the goods*
Postage costs will not be included in any refund given as this website
does not have its own delivery service and relies upon the services
of independent external companies. Any fees incurred via any transaction
will not be refunded i.e. Paypal fees, bank charges ect.
You must notify the Mystic Familiar Mystic Shop within
three days of acceptance of delivery about the reason why the goods
are no longer required or the fault . This would need to be made in
writing (email or post) in order to keep on file. Goods must be unused,
unsoiled and of merchantable quality returned in suitable packaging
to protect it against damage during transit back to us. A replacement
or refund will be given if the goods returned fulfil the above criteria.
If proof of purchase cannot be provided an exchange, or credit note
will be given.
Returns Policy
Faulty or damaged goods and products must be reported to us within three
days of receipt. Faulty or damaged goods and products may be returned
subject to obtaining prior written consent from Mystic Familiar.com.
Only Authorised Returns are accepted. All goods are sold on a 'firm
sale only' basis.
Refund Exclusions
Tarot Decks, Divination Cards, Tarot Book Sets Divination Sets and all
packaged cards can only be returned if the inner cellophane wrapping
is unbroken . Decks that have been handled will not be refunded as they
cannot be resold. Please view the images provided on the site before
purchasing items of this nature
Personalised or specially sourced items are excluded from this refund
policy unless the errors incurred have been caused by us in which case
a refund will be given or an alternative / replacement given Please
note that for hygiene reasons: Earrings cannot be returned under any
circumstances.
Any instance that does not fulfil the criteria above. This does not
affect your statutory rights.

Acceptance of Order
Your order becomes binding on us and you as soon as we have accepted
it and payment has been received. All orders that we accept are subject
to availability and you will be contacted if items are unavailable or
subject to variation. Items will be refunded in full if no longer required
unless;
1. They are especially sourced for you from overseas and less than 5
days notice is given of the cancellation
2. Goods are personalised to your specification and therefore cannot
be resold
Delivery
Delivery charges are charged along with each item, and are priced for
delivery with in the UK
All other locations - at cost dependent upon weight and location - a
quote will be given prior to your items being dispatched and you will
be notified of the exact cost before the order is confirmed. This may
take a couple of days to source as items have to be sent to external
delivery companies for exact postage quotes.
All deliveries will be delivered within 28 days unless
otherwise stated when ordering . This does not apply to orders being
sourced from overseas or any personalised items which may take 6-8 weeks.
You will always be notified of additional delays to your order as soon
as it is known by the Mystic Shop.
Any estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed as the Mystic Familiar
Mystic Shop relies wholly upon the delivery services of external delivery
companies.
A different daytime delivery address can be used for delivery purposes
only and this must be clearly stated when ordering. The postage cost
for this depends upon the exact location of delivery (UK or overseas)
see above.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery times vary according to location and service used.
Following receipt of cleared funds, in stock items will be dispatch
Monday to Friday. Dispatch in the UK by First class sign for so usually
arrives one two working days after payment. International mail is sent
by Air Mail and usually arrives between 5 and 10 working days after
dispatch, although delays out with this can be caused by destination
countries customs. We will contact you if there is any delay and will
normally ship within seven working days.
Loss of Items
Mystic Familiar Mystic Shop does not accept responsibility for items once posted. At Mystic Familiar we acquire proof of postage for all items posted via Royal Mail. Due to the procedure for an item that has not arrived with the Royal Mail postal system we must wait 3 weeks after the item was posted before the Post Office will commence a search for the item. They will contact you personally about this mater some time after the 3 week period is over, this procedure can take weeks for them to complete. Mystic Familiar is not responsible for the loss or damage of items by the post office. If items are lost or damaged unfortunately the matter will not be resolved until the Post office have carried out a full search and investigation into this matter. Only if the post office pays compensation to Mystic Familiar will we be able to offer a replacement or refund (at the discretion of the Mystic Shop) any items lost or damaged by the postal system. Obviously Mystic Familiar cannot offer refunds on postal costs of lost or damaged items.
Your Responsibility with Esoteric or Specialists Items
Mystic Familiar Mystic Shop products are sold, especially of an esoteric
or specialist nature, additional advice and recommended books or materials
on the subject may be given. The company takes no responsibility or
is in any way liable for the misuse and outcome of any products sold
and the advice given is done so in good faith.
