:Sol > I would just like to Welcome everybody and thank you for joining with us here together tonight.

Mystic Familiar and its members send out a warm heartfelt welcome to you lilac and your family and also to those friends of Wolfs & Lilacs who have come along to Mystic Familiar tonight to share with us

I will speak of Michael tonight as Wolf & Wolfinpurple because that is the name that we all know him by here and was his shamanic name

We have come together to celebrate the life of Wolfinpurple our dear friend who passed away suddenly on the 3rd of May

Tonight we will be joining together in a Shamanic Ceremony lead by Alginanhawkeye, then Starryhound will lead us with a Eulogy.

You are All welcome to chat about your memories and thoughts of Wolfinpurple after the Eulogy is finished.
To speak of Wolfinpurple, what to say about this special man who was a dear friend to us all. Wolf was a long standing member here at Mystic Familiar. He filled our lives with his laughter and his smiles and lit the rooms with his cheery spirit.

Wolfinpurples was a wonderful healer and guide, and shared his insights and knowledge of his path with anyone who wished to stroll with him a while. He always had time to give to others who needed his help and support.

He loved to discuss, to laugh and to play. Whenever we had serious things to discuss when we had come to the end he would always say to me “Can I go out to play now sol?” He touched all of us who met him with his strength of spirit and made our lives a brighter place to be.

Wolfinpurple guided The Shamanic Pathways Circle here and these circles can be viewed in the Archive section of the site. He also wrote for the library and his works can be found under the Shamanic section there also. He shared his knowledge to help others develop their own spiritual pathways. Wolf was a shaman and he walked his talk.

Thank you Wolf for your friendship, your laughter, and your smiles, for your unending support to all those you met here at Mystic Familiar we were truly blessed to have walked this while with you on your journey, until our paths cross again wolf happy trails & after we are finished Yes you can go out and play! lol xxxxxxx

We thank wolfinpurple for all that he has taught,
for friendship, knowledge, wisdom but most of all the love,
that he gave during his earthwalk now he return's to you above.

May he come to you,
straight and true,
as the arrow flies into the sun,
for his skywalk has just begun.

Let our love fuel his home fires,
so that they brightly burn,
to aid his path on his return,
for he follows the paw print's of his friend,
past what some may see as the end........

*alginanhawkeye > Wolfinpurple walked this earthwalk with Wolf and Raven by his side they will continue their walk him on his sky walk. Wolf is a great teacher of many things and is always held in great respect, Death, rebirth and spiritual teachings are one of their teachings to give. In the wild when wolf is hunting this is done with respect to the other animal involved, when studied from the outside it has been noted that when Wolf eye's meet that of the hunted there is always a pause in the gaze. Many tribe give teachings that in this pause Wolf is giving thanks to the great spirit for his meal, and is giving the other animal time to prepare for the event. Another teaching from Wolf is social and familiar value's in gaining this insight we learn that it is in whole tribe/family or group that truely gives strength. In that when we give our wisdom's on to another we also learn the new.
Raven works on the self with teachings such as having the courage of self reflection and introspection. Raven also helps those that he works with in changes of consciousness and to rebirth without fear.

At the foot of the sacred mountain,
by the edge of the Ancient forest,
can be found as lush green meadow,
where time stands still.

A place between this world and the next,
where every beloved finds rest.
Travel your path with light footed joy,
in the new surroundings you do toy.

Till we meet again,
in this realm or another,
rest assured you are our brother.

Though we may stand still, we travel on.
Forever we are here; forever we are gone.
When our memories blur, our souls remember how.
The circle of forever joins us in the here and now.
At times it may be dark full of despair and fear.
The Eternal night seams near.
There will also be a glimmer of light.
Our souls will guide us to that which is bright.
Though each soul lives forever, yet it will never be alone.
Great Spirit lives within us all, like marrow in the bone.
Each minute spent in darkness will someday prove it's worth.
As we walk our paths along this earth.
They nourish the tomorrow that is soon today.
Helping our souls remember the light along the way.

*starryhound > This is a poem that the wolf wrote,lilac found it and felt it was very apt, to which i agree.Its called:-

Meetng myself:-

Within you sacred place, in a enchanted woods, A light comes down. A warrior wreathed in flames descends. Weilding a sword sharp and bright.
Spoke:-
"If this world were ten thousand times more clouded, Corrupt, Hateful and disalutional. If ths world was beyond redemption. Beyond Hope"

Still I Would heal it.

And earth trembling warrior gave hs sword to me, and I on my knees, overwhelmed by his power, could only say:-

"Who are you?".
And wise and knd laughter echoed through my body.
" I am you. One day you will know yourself to be me. Because you and I are one.

You and this light are one, you and these truths are one. You and I are not seperate.

Remeber me.
For love is shining. For the silver sword will cut the cords and set you free.
I understand the sword is not a weapon but a tool of love that will cut the bonds if duality and delusions that blind the soul to the mind.

*starryhound > As we walk through the paths of life, all too rarely do we meet some-one.Who carries humanity, love, caring as the wolf did.

The only consolation in his passing, is that we should be priviledged to be able to proudly say.( This man was my friend).

He offered a broad pair of shoulders and wisdom beyond his young years,to any one who seeked his help,guidance and council;

But he worked in a unquic way, he helped people find the answers from within them-selves.

Thou we might ourselves have self doubt from our own council. The wolf never underestimated a persons judgement or their importance, In the great plan of life.

He was a rare individual, the type of who life would be richer for if there was more like him in this world.

I am truely honnered that fate allowed our paths to cross; And I for one am richer for his friendship, council and humour.

His legacy is with-in his family,his children and wife, all of who he worshiped. Who can hold their heads proudly and say yes he was mine ( husband, dad, brother & son).

My thourghts prayers & heart go out to his family & friends who grieve at the loss of this Tall Man.

~Prudence > My memories of Wolfinpurple started when i first started using the internet! you always made me smile, felt you are the protector of everyone you seem to have a knack of knowing what to say, and when to say it. You never judge and always give everyone the benefit of the doubt! Even if you didnt agree you wouldnt comment just because someone has different opinion to yours! see you thinking about it and then make up your own mind! sometimes smiling and another time growwwwwwling or more to the point roaring with laughter. You Michael are very well respected, you are the man we would like for a Son, Brother! Uncle! Father and Grandfather. Your evergy is very powerful and will always be around you have influcenced a lot of people and helped many more along the way, thankyou for being you xx Pru xxxxxx ((((((hugs lilac and family)))))))))))))

*opulence > Wolf was always there with a welcome and a joke, his jokes sometimes borderline or downright cheeky ,so cheeky in fact I had to get a razor to shave his tail on several occasions He was so chuffed when he was made up to host I had to get a silver razor for when he got lippy (cos he wasn’t going to stop being lippy not even having a hat could stop that ) If I was ever silly enough to slap him for his cheek he used to insist I wasn’t allowed to slap him without then talking dirty to him he then got a load of dirty words thrown at him like…mud, mire, dirt, slime, filth . I was in the room with lilac earlier in the week b4 he passed I was moaning that I was being picked on lilac said the wolf asked if I was looking for sympathy (he was in his corner as he so often was while lilac was in the room) I said I was looking for sympathy ….his reply kept me laughing for two days (I’m laughing now as I think of it )
*opulence > but that was so wolf ….full of classic one liners that put u in your place while you laughed. He wrote a wonderful piece of music for Amber when she passed called unicorn dreams I was so chuffed when he sent it to me and listened to it often (my kids loved it as well). I was over the moon when he sent me the follow up to it, unicorn tears wolf was such a multi-talented man. My children know a few ppl on mf due to me having a connection with them Wolf is one of the ppl my kids knew and loved. He touched so many more life’s than he realised xx

*WinnieThePooh > Wolfie was a man that I held in high respect in accordance with my native american beliefs, he often use to tell me what animal was with me and have a laugh at my response, you take with you wolfie, my respect and my love, enjoy your journey with Great Spirit. sukisdream > i have known wolf since childhood,out of all the people ive met in my life no-one has been like wolf, if i ever had a problem he was there if i needed his help he was there,he was one of lives miracles,never a bad word for anyone,he always made me laugh with the things he did,let me tell you a story..........wolf and lilac were watching my house while i was at work one night and while i was away they decided to do a changing room in my dining room,when i returned home lilac said we have a suprise for you and led me to the dining room to see there handy work it looked great,but then lilac said but we had a little accident,wolf was reaching for his baccy and had knocked almost a whole tine of blue paint onto the brand new persian carpet i had just got,he looked at me and said well you cant be perfect in everything we looked at each other and just rolled around the room laughing,no matter what he did he had the gift to make you laugh about it,im going to miss him like crazy ,walk along you chosen path wolf and take the love and respect of you

: slaine852 > and i have a couple from when we were kids but for now i'd like to hear more from urselfs lol i just remembered the day mick taught me how to swim. we had a large open pool where we used to get packed off as kids u could stay all day and mum used to send us off with a packed lunch now mick was always a good swimmer but i could'nt so he said he show me how there was a high diving bord that all the big boys used to jump off it would put u in the middle of the pool so he sez to me if u go up to the top and jump in i will jump in after u to make sure u r ok so i did thinking my big brov will be there if anything goes wrong i jump in bob back up to the surface only to find mick standing at the side i'm doggy paddleing like theres no tomorrow and he sez to me if u dont learn to swim in the next 5 secs ur gonna drown so i learnt but he did wot he said he was gonna do lol xxx

*exy > i would like to say a few words now if i may in memory of our friend wolfin these things are things i feel represented the person wolfin was and although i knew only a small part of wolfins personallity he was unique and an awesome man. Care for each other, make time for your brother, love the best you can, lend an ear, hold a hand, nurse a broken heart, heal the universe and give healing love to every living thing. Help the world and its inhabitants to find peace, just do your best and be content. Remember the love wolfin gave to all and smile in remembrance of him. Blessed are we for knowing the caring compassionate man wolfin was and the one his soul is. Thank you wolfin for your loving care and sharing ways. *Whisperinspirit > I wouldn’t be lying when i say that everyone that’s here has touched me in some way, but wolf, my dear friend you had this special quality about you. I am honored to have walked along side you and snuggled up on your lap, you were once a teacher of many paths but now your a great teacher to us all. *Aasha > like every else here felt I ve lost a good friend he briefly touched our lives like we all do and we have also lost a good teacher but i am sure spirit wil use him and some day some way he will return to us in some way just think of him in your meditations I know he will be with us but im glad to have known him and like you will miss him and i mean that sincerely so now lets give thanks to spirit for his life and ask that he will now be shown his new pathway for I know he will want to continue his spiritual journey and know he will go on to grear things in his new life god bless aasha
*silvergate > As most of you know I was on holiday when our dear friend Wolf passed away now I find that I will again be on holiday when his memorial service takes place.

It is truly an honour to know wolf I use the word is as I know he watching over his family and friends now.My thoughts and prayers are now with Lilic I pray the coming day and weeks will ease her pain and that she will learn to execpt without pain that wolf has only gone on ahead in lifes journey.
