First steps Thursdays at 8.30pm

First steps is a closed circle for those wishing to take steps to develop both psychic and mediumship abilities. The aim of the circle is to help us to become more confident when working with these abilities by looking at the basics and creating a firm foundation on which to work from, It promotes you taking an active role in your developement and in being confident that you are in charge of what happens at every stage.
it also gives everyone a chance to share views and ask any questions that may arise in a comfortable environment with others at a similar stage in their development.
If there is anything other that the group attendees would like covered we can also try to accomodate. Allowing you to take control of your own development.

The circle is will cover a variety of topics with some practice and will be dependant on the groups needs. Topics covered may include

Grounding and protection - what is it ? When or why would we use it and what are some of the methods we can use

A look at chakras, there attributes, and how they affect us

Meditation - how meditation to help us visualise our energy better and in becoming more familiar with our own energy we are better able to trust when we are linking on a psychic or spirit level

Practice with tuning into others energy for reading..

First steps is aimed at helping those new to their path or wanting to find a bit more confidence in the basics etc. Just pop along on Thursdays at 8.30pm if your interested. If there is anything in particular you would like covered or arent sure of you can find me in chat most evenings, or you can leave a post here xxx

Hello Opalfae,

I belive I have managed to sort the problem out. I was really looking forward to the class never mind at least the problem hopefully is sorted. Will I have to wait until a new class starts?

Please note that for the next 2 weeks circle will be on Wednesdays ( that's for 17th and 24th April) due to unforeseen circumstances ... so rather than cancel I shall be available on the Wednesdays ...
