Hello! I have just recently found out I am a strong empath. I always felt it just never knew what was going on. Any time I am around confrontational behavior I am sick drained headace physically off. The more I learn my abilities and practice them the stronger everything gets. The last three days have been really bad. My third eye is opening up also Ann's I have had a bad headache on top of feeling like I got someone else's bad energy. Thanks so much !

I just wanted to reply that I too experiencing similar symptoms, so it's nice to see someone else feeling the way that I do, because sometimes I feel I am going out of my mind. I just connected to you saying how you feel when there is tension or negative behavior. I've always said I avoid all drama, it completely knocks me off. Even if I am indirectly involved, it deeply impacts me. I still question if I am an empath, I am not sure what it is going to take before I say "okay, I am" - I just wanted to show you support and let you know there's others feeling like you!
