I downloaded latest java on new lappy i am using and chat box stayed white , i clicked the link to this and followed instructions for clearing /deleting temp files from java and page has now loaded, ty x

hi hun have you checked and rechecked your comp and done all of the above as on first page? if not try clearing cache cookies etc. also uninstall java and go to link on this forum and reinstall or install older version of java. have look at some of the other replies too and try them hun. hope to see you in chat. xxxx i'm sure Sol has received your email hun so hang in there. xxxx in love and light.xxx xxx

You couldn’t get in chat earlier because I had not added you to the chat login. I added you at 4.25pm. Chat registration is not automatic it’s a manual process.

I have been trying to get on chat , but nothing's working. I can't even see the gray box for Java. It worked just fine yesterday. I've tried everything: updated Java, cleared the history in Java, restarted the computer, 2 different browsers, 2 different computers...
