Hi all, I can sure use some healing from you all again. It's been just over two months since my sweetie Bob left his body behind, from cancer. It seems like I'm worse now than a couple of weeks ago and feel like it's because it's all starting to sink in what has happened. You were so helpful when he was here at home, he had hardly any discomfort and passed with serenity. He has visited me twice in spirit. It was wonderful. I also got a hug from an angel and that was the most comforting feeling I've ever experienced. Thank you all for being here.

Harpfreak....I'm sending you white light to help comfort you now.
Having been through your situation myself - I know how you are feeling. People will say many things to you such as "Time heals", "He's in a better place/out of suffering etc"....but it doesn't stop the heart wrenching sadness that you feel.
Nurture yourself now - be kind to you. Make sure you nurture both body and soul. Eat well....meditate.
I'm pleased that Bob has visited you twice - he's most certainly aware of how you're feeling.
Two things to remember...he also has work to do over there and will sometimes "appear" to you, to be away. If your need is great he will be there with you. Remember we have our own guides there to steer us.
Secondly, try not to allow your grief to become so heavy that it puts a wall up that may not enable you ( or Bob) to communicate. Meditation will help with that.

Thank you islandgirl for your remarks. It is really helping me focus! I was rushing it, and hurting myself due to expectations that were too high for me. I started meditating - boy, I can't clear my mind - it races! Thank you to everyone and I always feel like you are here for me.
