Spirit Guides Meditation

A Meditation to help meet Spirit Guides

If you are all ready.. . sitting comfortably... for those who have not done this before.. just relax and try and go with the flow... if you are not able to see what I am writing... just feel it... I describe it to those that cant really see as well as others, like... if you go into your bedroom.. the lights are out and your curtains drawn.. but you know where everything is... like that... just 'feel' it

ok.. sit as comfortably as you can... uncross your legs... and just allow your breathing to slow

I want you all... as clearly as you can... to imagine that you are sending roots deep in to the ground... feel them going as deep as you can... through the layers of earth until it reaches bedrock... once there you start to feel energy pulsing up through your roots.. from mother earth... you may feel it tingling... pulsing... warm.. or even see the colour... a deep healthy earthy colour... it comes up your roots into your body and slowly fills you up ... all the way to the top of your head so that your whole body is pulsing with this warm powerful energy... Just sit and feel this for a moment.

From above you feel a cone of scintillating... vibrating white light... it slowly comes towards you...enters the top of your head and as the white light starts to come down through your body... the earth energy slowly recedes allowing this energy to take its place... the white soon fills you from the top of your head to the tips of your fingers and the soles of your feet...

You will feel your feet still firmly anchored into mother earth... but now your body seems to be vibrating with this wonderful white power... maybe you have Goosebumps on your arms

I want you to allow this energy to expand from your body... it surrounds you... and very soon, you feel it start to slowly move around you... like sitting in the middle of a vortex... as more energy comes in to the top of your head.. so the vortex slowly starts to turn...

Once you have sensed it is going at the rate that it wants to be with you... slowly allow it to open out and all of these vortex's meet and join with the others beside you... so that we now have a magnificent... vast wall of energy slowly spinning around us all... feel the weight and power it is giving off.... there may be a colour .. or blend of colours as all our energies join... you mite feel a gentle breeze off it as it starts to speed up... you may even hear the music that comes off it... any slight discords you see or feel.. just send a little energy to it.. you will send the right colour... feel the harmonies of light and sound start to pick up now as we stand in the room in our places.. close to each other.

A shaft of golden light comes down to the room... in the centre .. in front of us... so pure and dazzling... it takes a few moments for our a eyes to adjust... and as they clear... we see a group of robed figures join us and as they do the wall of energy surrounding us changes colours and sound to an even more beautiful... glorious sound

As the energies of these figures join us... they stand... a figure is in front.. in his robes.. notice the colour of these robes... he holds in his hand a staff... at the top of it is a magnificent crystal... it glows and throws off so much energy... its like a beacon.... a light house ... he allows the hood of his robe to fall back.. . his long white hair shines in the reflections from the wall... the gold light... and his crystal... you can see the laughter lines in his eyes... such compassion and joy this person brings... and he seems ready to explode into joyous laughter at any moment... just being near this person makes you feel lighter.. more at peace.

The other robed figures put their hoods back. .. they are all spirit guides... our spirit guides.. they cross the floor to us and stand beside us.. in front of us... we see or feel our own... we greet them.. embrace them and allow their energy to fill us up to blend with ours... as we do so the energy.. the colours and sound of the wall reach a new and fantastic level...

For a few moments I want you to ask your guide a question... don’t worry if you are having problems seeing them clearly... just like i said at the beginning... your room in the dark... you know things are there!!! Your guide is there... listen as clearly as you can...

Sometimes though... the answer to our question is ... that there is no answer...

See if you can feel or hear a name that you can call this spirit guide..(we all like to have each others name)... notice their nationality.. their culture... notice any scars or distinguishing features... really feel or see them as you would any new friend and a person you want to know better... enjoy the feelings of wholeness for a moment... as we stand with our guides... getting to know them .. enjoying their company...

Your guide now comes round to stand at your side... we all form a larger circle... we hold the hand of the person... guide beside us... feel their hand in yours... notice their hands in yours... the texture... roughness.. smoothness of their skin....

Now look towards that lone figure in the centre of the room.. the circle... standing in the light... his staff sending out magnificent energy and light... he turns to face us all... one at a time.. lifts the staff and focuses the energy .. in a beam .. for a few minutes to all of us in turn... notice the colour of the energy sent to you... feel it enter your solar plexus... tingling...vibrating... lifting us... filling us with this wonderful energy... feel it going to the places that ache... that are carrying pain... gently easing that ache and pain... lighting the dark areas... so that within moments we are all glowing .. from deep inside.. as brightly as the crystal on his staff.

As we wait for our turn... we see the wall colour change... becoming even more beautiful... we may here the chorus of sound... the harmonies becoming even more magnificent... and the gentle breeze off the turning wall becomes even stronger as its turns even faster... more powerfully as the energies become more light... and as the last couple of us are receiving their blessing of energy from this wonderful old soul, I want you to think of a couple of people who would benefit from this healing energy too...

When he is finished... very shortly I think... we will all quietly send a parcel of this energy to this person... we will give this present to the ones we know need it... we also pass a parcel of it to the others in this circle... I really want you to focus on each present you give to one another... see it as clearly as you can... put whatever energy you feel they need in to it.. whatever colour or name you feel it should be as I type all our names...

The last of us are done now... he lifts his staff and shouts his name to us ... even though he is a wee bit away from us all... we will all hear it and hopefully remember it at the end... it time now to give your present of healing energy for each to pass on... and as he is doing this... passing them on.. we all send him his... for him... we will all get ours from the room too... once we send ours on to the group...

You will find that when you receive the parcels to pass on and receive your one... you are still able to pass others as I name them and continue to send yours out

(each of those present are named.. and a parcel of energy given from the room to pass on.. and one given by each.. to them, for you reading this meditation now pass these parcels of healing to those you wish to receive healing)

Finally we all link hands again... and wish for the energy that we have left in the room is sent to places in the world that needs light and love... to mother earth... the planet... as we do this the figure in the centre smiles at us all in turn... the warmth of it scorches us all and we cant help but smile in return... and watch as he slowly vanishes into the light...

Our spirit guides are still here... we can feel them... and as the wall finally fades away.. we are left with a hint of colour and a fading chorus of sound.... allow yourself to slowly return to the normal waking state bringing with you a smile... warmth.... and as much of this meditation as you need to

Take a breath and feel your roots return to your body... take a couple of minutes... have a drink... everyone ok?
