This meditation takes us
to the Sphinx, Egypt, where we are granted access to the hidden library
of knowledge which comes from many places including Atlantis.. We
each get the opportunity to select 2 books... 2 pieces of information..
to bring back and carry in this world.
Take a breath and allow yourself to relax a little... uncross your
legs... and send roots from the soles of your feet down into mother
earth... deep down until you hit bedrock... and when you are there...
fasten on... see/feel your roots binding to the bedrock... a connection
made and feel the energy flow from mother earth .. up your roots..
and let it fill your body with warm thick energy... notice the colour
as you do... feel how strong it makes you feel... connected
While you enjoy this... for those that have not
done a meditation with me... sometimes its hard to see what I am
talking about... easiest way to describe it is... if you enter your
bedroom... its pitch black... but you know where everything is...
you feel it... same with this.
I want you to imagine we stand on sand... feel the
grains shifting against your feet... its a really sunny day... the
sand is warm and dry... trickles in between your toes... feel yourself
sinking slightly into it as it yields to your weight... notice what
you are wearing... the colours and textures... if you cant see it...
feel it... know it
We all stand and look about... some
of you may be able to see us all together... notice what we wear...
there are massive sand dunes... fantastic windblown patters cover
them... the sky is clear... sun bright... but it is only as warm as
you like it to be
Through the heat haze... someone comes... a young
boy... a shepherd/goatherd... he smiles a beautiful smile to us
and waves... his clothing is basic... homespun... carries a staff...
he indicates that he wants us to follow... as we walk between the
massive dunes... there are straggly bushes... dry looking... but
as we approach them.. they flower.
We approach the end of the nearest dune... over
there... its the pyramids... the massive stone blocks glinting in
the sunlight... they look soooo much bigger than they do on the
television... and as we approach ... a hush comes over us... they
are awesome... our guide leads us slowly past the huge pyramid..
There's the sphinx... she sits there but in the
heat haze... it looks like she turns her head and welcomes us...
we walk through the firm sand... and have done for a wee while now...
yet we don't feel tired... or any of the pains we usually do...
it feels so free and easy... I feel full of this sun energy... allow
it to fill you too, as we walk towards the sphinx.
Soon we are at this ancient statue... wind scarred...
man and war scarred... but still beautiful... beatific... an enigma...
a puzzle... our guide indicates we are to stop here for a minute...
I reach out and touch the stone... she feels warm... smooth... I
look over and notice our guide is standing just below her front
legs... his lips move... yet I hear no words...
A buzzing noise... I feel it vibrating through my
being... suddenly in front of him... the front of the statue opens
inwards... he calls us over... and with a subdued hush... expectant
.. excited we follow him into the statue... there are torches on
the walls... you could march an army in here comfortably through
this corridor... the torches flicker in the draft as we pass...
he stops and knocks on a door with his staff... it opens and a temple
guide shows himself through the door... he smiles at the boy...
who laughs and runs back the way we came... and turns to us... smiles...
welcome... he asks us all to wash our feet in the bath beside the
door... as we do I look at the walls.. many scenes and pictures
adorn the huge blocks... have a look yourself... some of you may
see some wonders.
We are all done... silent as the guide washes his
feet... dries them... takes a huge key from the hook... and opens
a door into a huge cavern... its a library... he tells us.. this
is all the hidden knowledge... you are allowed to select only two
books... there are millions!!!!!
He says ... take a moment... allow the library to
call you... you will be directed to the right books... you may not
remember what you read... but you will receive the knowledge...
if you do remember... remember well... this is some of the knowledge
of Atlantis.. guard it well.. and use it wisely... it is time to
bring this knowledge back into the world and each of you has been
chosen to carry a piece... we stand stunned..
Allow yourself to be drawn to the books you have
to select... I will be quiet as you spend .. in real time a few
moments... in here, a long time... looking for your books... for
those who find it hard to do on your own.. I will describe where
I am... what I see.. at any time go do your own thing.. or stay..
your choice.. I will call you all when we are to return...
There is an air of such peace in
here... I don't even want to speak... a whisper seems too much even...
there are millions of books... large tomes... small handbooks... some
with much gold .. others just note books... sunlight streams in through
massive tinted windows... armchairs... desks... and tables are laid
out... every available space has books open or stacked on it
As I walk in this vast space... I am surprised to
see the latest high-tech computers beside papyrus scrolls... both
with this hidden knowledge... what a choice... where to start...
I am being pulled to a dim corner... the floor is a little dusty...
and only a few footprints show where others have been before...
ahh there's the book I have to get... its small... plain ... grey
coloured I think... there's only one page.
Highly illuminated... beautiful colours and gold
leaf lettering... Love conquers all... is written there... just
those three words... ok... I will ponder that.. thank you... and
just below it is my other book.. as I look at it... I feel you go
to find your books...
In here... hours pass... as minutes
do in real time... I take my second book to a viewing table by one
of the massive tinted windows... I see many of you walking slowly
around..like children in the worlds best candy store.. awe.. joy and
happiness written all over your faces... as I look out the window...
I see all the tourists... many just want to touch her.. our sphinx...
as they do... maybe its the tinted glass.. but i see a spark go from
her to them... beside me our guide says... each of the people who
touch her... with joy and admiration... receive a burst of knowledge
to carry... some do... some don't... like the parable... many seeds
are sown.... she sends out little bits... and as we speed towards
the big event ... more people will bring back this hidden knowledge...
more... like you will be chosen...
We stand in companionable silence... thinking our own thoughts as
one by one... you all join us... your books selected... and as much
information as you wish... are allowed to remember filling your thoughts...
our guide says to us all... you have all received a tiny portion to
carry... none of you need do anything because you have freewill...
an ultimate truth... but should you choose to do so... spread the
word... use this knowledge to help this world you live on... use it
to help others... but most of all... use it for YOU... it is also
a gift to you...
We thank him... leave our books .. he says he will deal with them...
and we slowly make our way towards the entrance... I look at this
vast place... it would be great to stay here forever and know all
this stuff... it would take many, many lifetimes of concentrated reading
and study to just get past these first few bookcases... and they go
far into the distance...
As we stop at the entrance... the last few coming
towards us... I can see all your faces glowing... smiling... he
nods to us all... and as he opens the door says... many of you will
choose to come back here many times... you are welcome... but you
will only be granted access when the time is right... when your
intent is good... when you are ready... until then... we will be
waiting for you...
He blesses us... and as we pass through the door...
a breath and we return to the normal waking state feeling refreshed
and excited... remembering what we need to... take a breath and
allow yourself to return
