Cleansing and Balancing the Chakras

To help with Cleansing and Balancing the Chakras we shall begin by asking you to take 3 deep breaths and relax.
With each breath relax a bit more

Look to your Base or Root Chakras
See the red flower opened and nestled in the petals is a glass ball,
Gently reach in and take the glass ball in your hands
You may have some Smokey type smudges on it just rub your hands over the ball and see the smudges disappear as you do.
Enjoy the feel of the glass ball in your hands feel the smoothness of it, if it has some glitches on it continue rubbing your hands over it and the glitches will smooth out.
Feel the coolness of the glass, know that your ball is balanced as you place it back in its resting place see the flower brighter and sharper in colour than it was before we cleaned and balanced your chakra.

We now move up to the next chakra see the orange of the Sacral Chakra
See the flower fully opened and the glass ball nestled in the centre of the flower, reach in and gently lift the ball out.
Rub your hands gently over the ball and see the smudges disappear
Feel the coolness of the ball continue to rub your hands over it getting rid of any nicks in it and rubbing of any smudges.
Feel the balance of the ball change as you take your hands over the surface of it
When its clean and balanced place this ball back inside your flower see the change in the colour of the flower.

Now clean and balance the Solar Plexus see the bright yellow flower sitting open in full bloom with the glass ball in the centre of it.
Reach in and take the glass ball out.
Rub it gently to rid it of any blemishes feeling it balance itself as you rub it
As you handle this ball see a silver thread coming from it
This is the silver thread that connects the solar plexus to spirit gently run your hands up the silver thread as far as you can, giving it a clean as you do
When you feel the ball is clean and balanced place it back in its resting place

Next we do the Heart Chakra the green flower is in full bloom as we look at it, the petals wide opened and sat in the middle of the green fowler is the glass ball.
Reach in and take the glass ball out of the flower, rubbing your hands all over it to rid it of any blemishes.
Your glass balls you noticed are different in the amount of cleaning they need each ball is different and individual.
Continue to handle this glass ball until it fells balanced, then place it back in its resting place.

Now focus on the Throat Chakra, see the ball in the middle of the blue flower,
Gently take it out and wipe all smudges from it feel it cool and balanced.
As you get more practiced at cleansing and balancing your chakras you'll find the process is both easier and quicker to do (although stubborn stains need a bit more time spent on them).

Next the indigo of the Third Eye Chakra and see the flower opened and the ball nestled in it's resting place.
Lift it out and clean the smudges and glitches off it again by running your hands over the surface
See the dirty stains vanish and feel the ball balanced as you place it back within the flower when you have finished the process.

The last chakra to do is the Crown Chakra, see the lilac flower opened and nestling the glass ball,
Reach in and take the ball in your hands clean it as before, fell it balanced know it’s clean and balanced as you place it back within the petals,

We wont stop here we will now go down closing the chakras
We will start at the top and close them down.

See the flower at your Crown Chakra get smaller and smaller see it turn into a bud and continue to see the bud get smaller.
Draw the bud in and seal up the hole until the next time you need it.

Now down to the Third Eye Chakra
See the flower at your third eye get smaller and smaller see it turn into a bud and continue to see the bud get smaller.
Draw the bud in and seal up the hole until the next time you need it.

As we go down to the Throat Chakra see the blue petals of the flower close up.
See it get smaller and smaller see it turn into a bud and continue to see the bud get smaller.
Draw the bud in and seal up the hole until the next time you need it.

Then down to the Heart Charka and again see the green petals shrink.
See it get smaller and smaller see it turn into a bud and continue to see the bud get smaller.
Draw the bud in and seal up the hole until the next time you need it.

Down to the Solar Plexus watch the yellow petals fold within themselves.
See the flower shrink and disappear into a bud, see the bud get smaller.
Seal up the hole until next time.

Then to the Sacral Chakra see the flower close up tight.
See the bud get smaller draw it inside.
Closing the hole until next time .

Then down to the Root or Base Chakra.
See the red flower shrinking
Getting smaller
And the bud shrinking
Draw it inside and seal the hole until next time you need it

As with the cleaning and balancing of your chakras
You’ll find the more you practise opening and closing the chakras the easier and faster you'll be able to do it.

It won’t be an excuse that you didn’t have time to open them because with practise it will just be like throwing a switch.

Providing Instant results!

I find that the most frequent asked question relating to this is how many times do we do this procedure? But like most things when working with spirit, everyone is different
The best guide is to listen to your intuition do this process when you feel you need to.
